Guys I need serious help! I used to personal training but that was two years ago and now I need to learn how to use a machine available at my work gym but have no idea how to go about it!
It’s this machine right here (the NM-200 functional training system by Atlantis):
I downloaded this workout but I’m pretty sure I can’t do it with this machine and just a barbell without a spotter. I reaaaaaally want to tone up and I love that this workout came with tracking sheets!
Today because I was pretty lost I just did HIIT on the treadmill, and I was pretty much dead by the end of it anyways. But yeah, anyone have workouts I can do on that or a tutorial on how to use one? Because right now I’m feeling pretty stupid…
