Help me out with this gym equipment?

Guys I need serious help! I used to personal training but that was two years ago and now I need to learn how to use a machine available at my work gym but have no idea how to go about it!

It’s this machine right here (the NM-200 functional training system by Atlantis):

I downloaded this workout but I’m pretty sure I can’t do it with this machine and just a barbell without a spotter. I reaaaaaally want to tone up and I love that this workout came with tracking sheets!

Today because I was pretty lost I just did HIIT on the treadmill, and I was pretty much dead by the end of it anyways. But yeah, anyone have workouts I can do on that or a tutorial on how to use one? Because right now I’m feeling pretty stupid…

Squat Thrusts, seriously one of my favorite things to do when I’m working out. Lately, I’ve been doing a push up in plank position before going back up.
